The Thomas Newton Brownlee family poses in front of their home located on Brownlee Road in Butts County sometime in the winter of 1896. A second story was added later and the decorative trim was removed from the front. The house is still owned and occupied by a member of the Brownlee Family. The following names appear on the mat just below the original photograph: Left to Right ~ Front Row: Thomas Newton Brownlee, Mary Jane Hoard, Ruby Pettigrew Back Row ~ Walter Brownlee, Newt Brownlee, Ellen Brownlee, Rose Brownlee, Alberta Brownlee, Tennie Brownlee, and Drayton Brownlee The horse was not identified....
