2005, Captain Ed Baxter Camp 2034 Sons of Confederate Veterans in Fairview
placing stones and cemetery clean-up.
On Saturday April 16, 2005 the members of Camp
2034 took a day to clean up two local cemeteries and place military markers.
Several members of Camp 2034 rounded up a
cemetery clean-up crew and headed out to Hall Cemetery located on the
grounds of Bowie Nature Park in Fairview. With the help of local park
officials the group made their way back to the cemetery and began the
clean-up. After the clean-up they placed on the grave of Private James
H. Hall who served in Baxter's Company, Tennessee Light Artillery.
The crew moved on to the Rails-Sullivan Cemetery
on Spencer Mill road. They performed another clean-up operation and
placed a marker for Private John Rials who served in Company G, 48th
Tennessee Infantry Regiment.

Artillery, CSA. The Rials-Sullivan Cemetery on Spencer Mill Road were
Williamson, Dickson and Hickman counties join was next on the list.
The cemetery is located behind the site of the old Pleasant Ridge or
Shake Rag Methodist Church. A military stone was placed for Private
John Rials who served in Company G 48th Tennessee Infantry Regiment,
CSA.
