| Saturday March 8, 2008. On a beautiful spring day several four members of SCV Camp 2034 participated in a memorial service for Pvt. Joe Silas Greer at the Pasquo Church of Christ Cemetery in Pasquo Tennessee. The event was planned by Marvin Dale Smith of the John C. Brown, SCV Camp 112, in Pulaski, Tennessee to honor Joe Silas Greer, his Great Grandfather and his cousin Sylvia Lane's Great Great Grandfather. The dedication was presented by Giles County #257 UDC & Gen. John C. Brown #112 SCV in Pulaski, TN.
